Founder & Creative Director

Santos is a Creative Director with a design background who partners with passion, creating work across campaigns, branding, digital, and experiential. He collaborates with agencies, brands, and technology companies to develop ideas that scale across platforms — from concept through execution — with a focus on storytelling, craft, and performance.

He has contributed to award-winning work recognized by the Webby Awards, FWA, and Communication Arts, and helped secure major clients including Anheuser-Busch. His experience spans high-impact projects such as branding the NFL’s first international game in São Paulo and leading cross-disciplinary teams to deliver culturally relevant, insight-driven creative that resonates at scale.

Design Lead & COO

Ash is a Design Lead & COO with a background in brand systems and operations, partnering with intention to create work across branding, identity systems, and digital experiences. She collaborates with teams and founders to build brands that scale across touchpoints — from concept through execution — with a focus on clarity, insight, and craft.
